Governance Token: $MORPH

• $MORPH is used for both utility (trait fusion, loot access) and governance.

• Holders can vote on protocol upgrades, fee structure, and treasury allocation.

DAO Roles

Core Contributors	Propose upgrades, new modules, game integrations
Community Voters	Vote on proposals using staked $MORPH
Guardians / Multisig	Emergency veto or admin override on protocol critical paths
Oracle Operators	Whitelisted addresses that push off-chain updates

Proposal Lifecycle

1. Proposal Creation: Anyone with >1% staked $MORPH can submit.

2. Voting Period: 3–5 days, quorum & majority needed.

3. Execution: Approved proposals executed via timelock.

Governance Ideas

• Enable/disable certain oracles (e.g. step tracker vs GPS)

• Adjust fees for loot boxes or trait fusion

• Treasury spending (e.g., reward tournaments, creator grants)
